Global Exchange Program

This program is instituted to expand the horizons of development for our team members. Employees are selected to travel abroad and work with overseas colleagues for a stated period of time. They will have the opportunity to share their technical expertise, develop new skills, and gain first-hand experience with diverse business environments and cultures across our global network. Selected employees then return to their home office to share their newly gained experience, knowledge and insights with overseas colleagues and clients.
