Business Development Administrator

The chosen person’s mission will be to support our national business development team made of business development representatives and sales engineers. More specifically, the person will:

  • Support the team by collecting and providing leads data and other statistics;
  • Tracking of sales and quotes;
  • Contract management;
  • Act as the customer relationship management system (CRM) superuser by offering technical support, elaborating reports and implementing good practices;
  • Plan and organize Voice of customers (VOC) and other customer-related events
  • Collaborate closely with market analysis and marketing team to help develop representation tools and strategies;
  • Act as a liaison between Business Development and project management teams;
  • All other duties assigned by your supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration or marketing, or comparable experience in sales support;
  • Experience with CRM systems and general business development environment;
  • Good communication skills, proficient in English;
  • Knowledge of G Suite tools;
  • Prioritization skills, autonomy and flexibility.
