Canam-Heavy and Thornton Tomasetti will host a workshop on the design of Rogers Place

Once every two years, the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC) Alberta Region hosts an educational steel workshop. This year, the workshop will be held in Edmonton on Thursday, May 5. The theme for this year’s workshop is Integrated Design & Collaborative Construction.
One session of particular interest will feature Serge Dussault, Vice President, Preconstruction Services at Canam-Heavy and Jesse Chrismer, Project Engineer from Thorton Tomasetti. These two experts will focus on the advantages of a collaborative approach during the design of Rogers Place, the future home of the Edmonton Oilers.
