Compared to other generally more sober university buildings, the ÉTS Student House is innovative. This 130,000-ft2 (12,077-m2) building consists of shops, classrooms, laboratories and a green space that encourages meetings between students and locals. It focuses on sustainable development and aims for a Silver LEED CS certification. Canam-Buildings is proud to have provided joists, joist girders and steel deck on this project.
